Deleting hash file

Hi

For deleting hash file entirely how do we do that. Please advice

Nivas,

If the hash file is in a directory you can just delete the D_hash_file_name file and the directory hash_file_name.

If the hash file is in an account, you can run "DELETE.FILE hash_file_name" from uvsh.

Oh, man. Did you stay with the same company? 'Cause there seems to be a lot of job activity in St. Louis recently for DataStage. Boston's pretty nice, too, though.

a little off topic here: Nivas, can you tell us what the DataStage job market is like in Boston? I was curious is they had more DS users there since Ascential US is based there or if there was more competition from Ascential consulting versus independent consulting.

Boston is also one of the busiest cities for Informatica. Guess there's a lot of ETL happening there!
