DS migration from NT to UNIX

Post by datastage »

Does anyone have a checklist of tasks for migrating your DataStage server from NT to UNIX? I have a general idea of everything that needs to be done...just wanted to save time and avoid the chance of overlooking something, so if you have a good checklist of migration items please pass along.

Thanks,
Byron Paul

You going to move the files and migrate in place? I would just create a new project and then import a full export.

Changing paths might be a problem from / to \. Need Parameter Manager or do it in the dsx.
