Hi,
I am not able send the Email Notification into lotus notes.Here i am using
"Email Notification Activity" sequence job.
my SMPT server is abc.mot.com,mail id is gnrbe@rediffmail.com.
i am getting the following error.

Well, right off the bat there's one thing that jumps out at me...

You said your SMTP sever is abc.mot.com but in your example of the error you are showing abc@mot.com instead.

Note that there is a DSSendMail testing routine in the 'sdk' category, from what I remember. It is the easiest place to make sure you've got all of the variables correct, just 'Test' it.

We have a similar problem for outgoing mail from the DS Server to the Lotus Notes server.
The email function is working for e-mail addresses within the company. It doesn't work for e-mail addresses outside the company.
The problem is that the Lotus Notes Server doesn't allow other servers to send e-mail outside the company (security). It should be stated somewhere in the Notes Server relay settings that your DS Server (as hostname or ip address) is allowed to send outgoing mail externally. I don't know the exact location of these settings in Notes, but your Notes Administrator should know. (If you find the exact Notes location, pls copy me on it)

I don't know if your problem is the same, but it sounds familiar.
