Does anyone have a template or word document "framework" for building a server job requirements or specification document that they would be willing to share?

Well I think that each specific project has it's own unique specifications, hence no template for one project has the potential to be relevant or good practice to everyone else.
That is only IMHO.
If you have a question concerning best practices for a particular process I'm sure we'll be happy to assist (most are probably already in this forum a search away
)
We'll need to know what you want to achieve and all the relvant info in order to help on a particular issue.
