What are the advantages using DataStage Job Sequence?

Hi,

I would like to know some thought on following

1. What are the advantages using DataStage Job Sequence? Rather using 3rd party scheduling tool like ControlM.

2. How to get the restart ability in the Job Sequence if any job fails in the flow?
