All this is fully documented in the Parallel Job Developer's Guide, chapter 35. This manual installs with your DataStage client software, in a folder called Docs. You can also get at it via the Start menu:

Hi,
I know that question was asked a while back but just for your info... you might want to check the change-capture stage instead of the difference stage. The change-capture works as opposed to the difference one... Don't ask why... I did and was basically told some weird stuff happened when Darwin (like in natural selection) was out of the office. [;)]
