Does Datastage have any Data mining tool?
Is there any free dataminig tool available?

DataStage does not provide any software for letting end users view data. The only place to view data within the DataStage suite is within a Designer where the user and preview the contents of a source or destination. It can be used to move the data into a database for use by data mining tools but as Ranjan says you will need to find a product to carry out your data mining.

The right tool for the right job.
DataStage is not, and has never been, a tool for data mining. It is an ETL tool, probably the best around. It can certainly be used to prepare data in a format more amenable for data mining, but other tools actually perform that task.
