Pivot in Inter-Process Problem

Dear all,

One of our job is using Link Partitioner,Link Collector, and Pivot stage. In order the Link Partitioner/Collector to work properly, the job has to be Inter-Process enabled.
But the problem is that it causing the Pivot stage not working at all if it's in Inter-Process. The Pivot stage keeps running without any rows coming out of it. I've increased the Timeout to 2 hours and the number of rows to 10 rows only, it still doesn't work.
If I change the job to In-Process, the Pivot works fine but the Link Partitioner/Collector are not working properly.
Anybody can help me with this problem?

Currently I split the job into 2 jobs, but still I think there's a way of doing it into 1 job.
