RFC Connectivity problem with SAP-BW

Hi,

We are loading data from DataStage to SAP-BW using BW-Load-pack utility which is internally handled by RFC (Remote Function Call).

It is observed that whenever SAP-BW server is restarted, this RFC connectivity is not reestablished automatically. Everytime we have to manually establish the RFC Connectivity.

Have following requirements
1) How do i automatically establish RFC connectivity between DataStage and SAP-BW in event of SAP-BW server rebooted?

2) Which program is executed to establish this RFC connectivity and where is it located?

3) If i get the name of the program, Can i include this program in the startup script of SAP-BW, so that it will get automatically every time server is rebooted and connectivity will be established without manual intervention.
