In my last major project we investigated Parameter Manager, but ended up deciding that - although it looks like a great product - it is best installed at the beginning of the project. Our project was too far advanced for the full benefit of Parameter Manager to be realised.
If a project is just getting under way or, ideally, still in the planning stage, Parameter Manager is almost a must-have tool.
