Two "Hi Ray" posts today. Don't you want anyone else to answer your questions? There are quite a few very experienced DataStagers who participate here, and I don't know everything.

"Hi Ray" is getting dangerously close to sending questions to my private email; I am more than happy to undertake consulting projects but, be warned, I am not cheap.
