Technical Skills:
IT General
Minimum 5 years experience in large corporate IT environment.
Extract/Transform/Load ToolsMinimum 2 years experience in ETL design and support.
At least 1 year Datastage development experience.
Very strong Unix and shell scripting skills Oracle Minimum 2 years Oracle experience, preferably Oracle 8.x.
Data Modeling Tools
Minimum 1 years experience with Erwin / ModelMart.
Experience using Erwin to develop the logical and physical model plus the generation and modification of DDL.
Methodology
Has used a systems development methodology (preferably Summit) on a project.
Capable of selecting the proper path through a methodology to meet the needs of a project.
Technical Skills: Data Administration Has complete understanding of shared data (that is, data shared across multiple business areas) in a legacy, new development, and purchased package environment.
Has designed and implemented shared data structures.
Has actually built logical and physical data and process models that were used to implement a system.
Has conducted facilitated sessions / or led data and activity modeling sessions.
Data Base Administration Has worked as a data base administrator, preferably in an Oracle environment.
MQ/WMQi flow design, development and support experience would be a plus.
Description of Project:
As part of the Technology Development Department, provide data/process and ETL analysis, design and development for data integration projects.
Participate as a member of the Corporate Reference Data and Subject Area Integrations project teams.
Promote and enable shared data.
Tasks include:
Conduct interviews and determine/document business processes, systems and data flows of selected subject areas.
Investigate cross project requirements, existing and future, of selected subject area data.
Perform DataStage design and development for recommendations related to the data sharing for domain and/or enterprise level integrations Document and assist in making recommendations for improvements in data sharing for the selected subject areas.
Assist in the shared entity design and project support to meet the agreed requirements with an enterprise or domain level integration.

Skill Required
Experience in designing a complete DataStage ETL process
Experience with ETL, Oracle database, Datastage atleast 2 last projects
Experience in execution of DataStage ETL jobs
Experience with DataStage XE
Experience with DataStage SAP R/3 Extract PACK
Experience with DataStage SAP BW Load PACK
Experience with DataStage Quality Manager
Experience with DataStage 390

You've obviously got a huge budget if you think you're going to find someone with all those skills! Such a person will already be attracting huge fees.
Can you please advise the following:
(a) in what country?
(b) permanent, open-ended contract, fixed-term contract, other?
(c) indicative remuneration and how packaged
(d) whether relocation and other expenses met/assisted
