On the input link of your Aggregator stage you have asserted that one or more columns is sorted.
DataStage has determined that, in row number 189995, the sorting rule that has been asserted (eg "ascending") has been violated.
To fix, either make sure that your source data are properly sorted (the recommended method), or don't assert in the Aggregator stage that the data are sorted.
