Missing Stages?

Dear all,

When I read the Help menu, I find two usefull stages which are not installed on my pc. They are Join Stage and LookUp Stage. I tried to find them on the CD, but cannot find them, and also tried to download them from eSupport or Ascential site, but they are not available there.
How can get those stages? They are very useful if I can get them.

If you look at the background of the header on the help page, you'll see that these are blue and say "Mainframe" (instead of gold saying "Server Jobs", for example). They are part of DataStage XE/390.

Mainframe stage types are only installed if you install DataStage with the mainframe option. You will know if you have this because the serial number is entirely numeric for server-only installations, but is of the form nnnnn-DSMF for mainframe-capable installations.
