BCI Error

Pls help if anyone knows:
1. In UNIX,tried to connect DB2 with BCI function(SQLConnect).
2. Failed with error message:
"SQLSTAT=IM003,CODE=80,[DataStage][SQL Client][ODBC]Specifed driver
could not be loaded"
3. What is wrong?
4. Pls advice the entries of uvodbc.config
