There exists a class called "DataStage Best Practices" from Ascential. (Yes, I know they're not run very often in RSA.)
Over the years I and others have put together our own toolkits of best practices, workarounds and other things.
Can you be a little more specific about the format you'd like, and maybe why you're doing this? (Writing a book, or just trying to overcome limited local support, or whatever - just curious.)
