There is no legal way to prevent DataStage from logging entries.
You can use a filter in DataStage Director to limit the entries that you actually see.
Similarly there is no way, apart from writing your own DataStage BASIC code (and be very, very sure that you know exactly what you're doing!) to clear entries out of the currently running job from the DataStage log file.
[It is possible, and it is tricky, so a consultant would have to charge money for creating such a routine (so as to cover his/her insurance premiums).]
