CFF Stage in 5.1r6

We just recently upgraded datastage to 5.1r6 version on HP/UX. Some of the jobs using CFF stage worked fine under 5.1 version and after the upgrade of Datastage5.1r6, the cff stage in jobs displays the garbage data when viewing the data. Has anybody experienced the same and if anyone has resolved this ?
