This might be a very basic question, I am not very familiar with datastage.

Am getting an error:

DSD.BCIOpenRef call to SQLNumResultCols failed.SQL statement has incorrect number of result columns.

What could be the problem?

You probably did user defined SQL and you have more or less columns defined in your metadata.
