Difference between @INROWNUM AND @OUTROWNUM

Difference between @INROWNUM AND @OUTROWNUM

Hi, any one help me please, my concern is when i used both @INROWNUM & &OUTROWNU variable either in CONSTRAINTS OR STAGE VARIABLE OR DERVATIONS , i had got same Answers . what is the difference betweeen those and How to use those

Looks like you have tried something. One more try and you will understand. They both will not be same when count of output records is not EQUAL to count of input records ;)

@INROWNUM - Input row counter. For use in constraints and derivations in Transformer stages.

@OUTROWNUM - Output row counter (per link). For use in derivations in Transformer stages.

so if there is any drop of records at transformer you can see the different no for both
