Hi,
We have Datastage Server Edition 8.1 License on Unix
When I view the following folder
/opt/IBM/InformationServer,
I see two sub folders
PXEngine and Server.

What is PXEngine folder?

Where the PX Engine lives... PX as in what drives Parallel jobs. I'm guessing yours is fairly empty? Or does everything get installed and it's just not active as it's not licensed?

Everything gets installed. It won't "go" till you license it.

Hi Ray,
Following is the directory strcture under PXEngine folder.

As you mentioned earlier, it is the licens ekey which enables or disable this functionality? Is that correct?

That is correct. You have a complete installation of the PXEngine. I presume, from this post, that you do not have an Enterprise Edition licence - only a Server Edition licence.
