EBCDIC COMP-3 problem

Hi

I am reading a EBCDIC file one of the column has COMP-3. When i view the data. some of the data is in good format. But most of data is moving to next columns.

i have some special characters in the begining of the columns. Please guide me to resolve the problem.

How do you read the file? Are you using CFF stage??
