jobs are failing with same type of error

when I am running jobs in preprod, the jobs are failing with same type of errors
"Abnormal termination of stage jODS00104BaseMaterial..CTransformerStage2 detected",but these same failed jobs are running fine in prod.
Almost all jobs failing with error "Abnormal termination of stage ... detected". Any help greatly appreciated.

Reset the job then report to us what is in the "from previous run..." message in the job log.

Sorry but that's not what was asked of you. After you Reset any of the aborted jobs from the Director, did a new log entry appear saying "From previous run..."? If so, double-click on it and post the contents here.
