Datastage Job is hanging at tracemode level

Hi,

We are trying to extract the data from oracle database from ODBC stage and loading into Teradata. Job is hanging at trace mode level and not able to extract data from oracle. Could you please assist us what might be the problem and how can we resolve this issue?

Make a test copy of the job with just the Oracle read and a write to a sequential file. Does the error still happen? What sort of SQL are you issuing? Have you successfully read any data from this stage in this project?
