I am getting the data in a seq file in the following format .
2008-12-09 00:00:00
While inserting into oracle table I am getting warning .
Should I perform a oconv on this data ?
Please advice

So... do we have to guess the warning?

Format is fine. Details, please - stage used, datatypes (job v. table), sql used, etc etc etc.
