DataStage sequence error "Controller Problem"

Friends,

Everyday some of our job sequences are failing with the following error

"Controller problem: Error calling DSRunJob(VENDOR_INFO_SEQ), code=-99
[General repository interface 'other error']"

Any idea why this would happen on a regular basis?

Unfortunately, that's basically a "catch all" error. First question is always going to be - have you searched? I found 35 matches when I did an exact search for "General repository interface 'other error'", did none of them help?
