NLS warnings after migration

Hi Friends,
Earlier we had some jobs running DS 7.5.2 windows that processes multibyte character set data and those were executed successfully without any warnings with the default MS 1252 character set.
After importing the same jobs into the DS 8.1 RHEL 5.3 64 bit environment we are getting warnings similar to the one mentioned below.
