How to solve the "Could not load dsstpora.dll" pro

Dear All,
I migrated a datastage job from one server to another. The OS changed from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008. And the datastage install path changed, too. When I manually ran the job to call a procedure, as all the time I did in the previous server. An fatal error happened. The log shows: "Could not load dsstpora.dll".

Could you please help me to solve this problem?

The database is Oracle 10g.
