Silly question, perhaps, but did you click on the 'Show all' radio buttons?

Yes, Same problem for all others also. None of us able to get the list.

Is this a problem with Indexing? should i try with DS.REINDEX ALL in Administrator?

Appreciate your quick response.

Hi All,

We bounced our PROD server and restarted.
Still Datastage director is not showing the list of Locks , processes in the 'Cleanup resources' window. ( I checked with Show All option also)

Same issue is not there if i log in DEV server.
(Our env, DS Server jobs 7.5.3.1 , Unix OS)

Any kind of suggesions are really helpfull.

No clue. Something must be different between the two environments, the hard part is going to be figuring out on your end what that difference is. Best suggestion would be to open a case with your official support provider, the ones being paid Big Money by your company for just this sort of thing.

And no, don't reindex for this.

It may be that there are no locks.

Open Administrator client Command window and execute LIST.READU command. This displays the contents of the local repository lock table.
