couldn't set locale correctly

couldn't set locale correctly

Hi, Often my DS job gets failed with the message
|couldn't set locale correctly, Can you help me how to resolve this error?

Below is the exact error msg i get from the log:

That's it, eh? Not seen that before. Do any other warnings or errors come with it or just that is what is logged? Also, how often is 'often'? Do the jobs / times of occurance have anything in common? :?

No i get this error only.. and there isnt any recurrence of failure and job success, seems to be very unusual

Have you contacted your official support provider for help with this? Seems like the next logical step to me.
