We recently migrated our DataStage Project from a 4 processor system to 8 processor server. We have license for 4 processors and do not have plan to upgrade it. We recieve a warning everytime we run a job. The warning is as below:
"WARNING: DataStage has found more CPU's on your system (8) than your current license allows (4)"
This warning has negative impact on our sequence jobs where we have controlled conditional transfer of jobs from one to another. We also know that we can alter this warning as information in the DataStage Manager module by using the menu option "Message Handler Manager". However, this option keeps disabled and there is no way we can click on it. Please if someone knows, why it is disabled and what to do to make it enabled. Secondly, is there any manual way to mark/change this Warning by modifying some file of datastage which keeps the error messages and their types.
We really appreciate your feedback and solution as we are stuck with it for the last two weeks and it is affecting us badly.

You can not avoid this warning. It's IBM protecting their revenues.

Message handlers are enabled only for parallel jobs.

Option 1: Remove 4 CPUs
Option 2: Purchase additional licenses
