Code page related Error while importing job

First suggest, try searching here for a generic part of your error message. For example, an exact search for "appears not to be supported by code page" got a couple of hits, see if either one helps.

I have looked into the previous posts that you mentioned about.But I could not come to any conclusion from them. I would like to get more clarification.Could you please give more explanation and a solution for the avoiding the error......?
