What changed? Why did the engine need to be restarted and did you change any values in the uvconfig file before restarting?

May help to share the reason why you needed to restart.
Try do an exact search for "Internal Error (39202)" and see if any of those discussions help.

What are the values of UVTEMP in the uvconfig file and of the TMP and/or TEMP environment variables?

Greetings,
I know this post is old, yet I want to provide information for my solution.
We had the environment variable HISTFILE set to "read only" on the Root user profile(/etc/profile).
Our solution was removing the "read only" command.
Thanks and Regards!
