How to change domain name of Information server?

Is there a way to change the domain name in IBM Information server(IIS) installation?
Here is the story...
We installed IIS in a linux server and the name of the server was changed after the installation ( as it moved from LAN to a server location). I tried to change the new hostname in all the config files, but was not successful. I uninstalled and reinstalled IIS, but somehow it is picking up the old hostname as the domain name. I see the old name in 'Domain Management' page of web console..
Because of this I am not able to login to any of the DS clients
Error:
Failed to authenticate the current user against the selected Domain:
Invalid user name (dsadm) or password.
Any help is appreciated.. I tried searching the forum and I could not find much about IIS domain names
Thanks
Ramesh
