As i have to develope routines and new to data stage. Can Anyone help me providing documents for developing routine with simple examples how to start with it.

Your best source for "routine material" are the ones supplied with the product. Navigate to them in the Manager and double-click on them, that will give you access to the source and documentation for each.
There is no book other than the BASIC pdf in your Docs directory, but since basically BASIC is BASIC (no pun intended) any good BASIC programming guide out there in stores could help.
Set yourself up a play category. Make copies of any routines that interest you so you don't destroy the ones with the product. Make liberal use of the 'Test' button.

There is a class available specifically about programming in the DataStage BASIC language.
