New to Datastage

Hello, i'm just starting to Datastage, and i've already finished the tutorial for server jobs. How can I practice ?. I want to learn to use this tool. I've search more tutorials but I hadn't found anything get. Some one can help me ?.

Best would be to find an employer who is looking to take on a junior DataStage developer. IBM does not offer a "personal edition" of this particular software.

I'm on it ! That's why I want to learn. I wanna have some experience and knowledge for my next jobn (in next two months i think, I hope!).
