Datastage 7.x Server Edition - Designer Crashes

We are migrating ETL jobs from 6.0 to 7x. For this we have installed 6.0 and 7x servers in unix server as co-resident. we have installed 6.0 and 7x clients in windows 2003 (citrix server) we are able to switch between clients using multi client manager and work successfully through Administrator,Director and Manager but designer doesn't work. The client is prompting for login details then designer suddenly disappears.

But with the same client setup in XP machine works fine.

Any solution/suggestion is much appreciated

Is 'Windows 2003' a supported platform? Suggest you open a case with your official support provider and see if indeed it is supported and works (or can be made to work) for the client software.

we are able to install on test server which is of same configuration (same oS) works fine
