I wsih to know how can we remove the Job Deletion rights of a Datastage Director User.

I beliver the user role "DataStage Operator", dont have rights to delete the job.

Do you mean Operator , by referring Datastage Director User? if not Change the user rights to "Operator' , so that he can run the jobs only.

The DataStage operator role, as mentioned, would not have delete rights.

Yes, it is possible as long as 'Job Administration in Director' is enabled for the Project. You could always turn that off if you want to disable it for everyone.
