error reading from AS400

error reading from AS400

Hi All,

I am gettinng below error while reading from AS400 through ODBC stage

ERROR :
SQL0913 - Row or object type *FILE in use
but no one locking the file

Has anyone any ideas...........
The OS Im using is Windows 2000

resolved by myself:

I must set the option Isolation Level = Read Uncommitted
