Hi,
I was just thinking when i got struck in:
Does combination of link partitioner and link collector helps in implementing only Partitioning parallelism or pipeline-partition parallelism in server jobs?

Can someone help me clarify this?

Both. Partition parallelism is obvious. Pipeline parallelism results from the fact that each takes a process unto itself, and therefore requires inter-process row buffering to be enabled.
