by using row merge and row split stages and interprocess stage we can improve the job performance

Start by defining "performance" in an ETL context.

Not sure that tunning is what you meant either.

and if possible, any problems that you are facing, so that we can concentrate on the issue. A performance related issue can have numerous solutions depending on the environment and the issue.
