Hi,
My company uses Server edition (Ascential DataStage v7.5.1). I would like to go for DataStage certification. However, am seeing only exams for Enterprise edition. Is there any certification for "Server" edition only? If not, any advise which exam is the closest I can get knowing only Server edition..
Thanks in advance..
Certification - how if I only use Server edition?

To the best of my knowledge, there is no certification of Datastage server edition (and I doubt to see any in the future). There are three certifications in the "datastage family" first is the DataStage Enterprise Edition certification for v7.5, one for Qualitystage, and one for Information Analyzer.

There is no "server only" certification, and none likely in the short term. IBM have avoided ruling it out completely, but it's not on the plan for exams being developed in the next 12 months.
(I learned this by asking the person in charge of certifications at the Information on Demand conference. There is nothing in writing, there is no URL, so please do not ask for one.)

There is no "Server" certification anymore...unless you were originally an Ardent consultant and received Certified Professional status and a cool certificate... ![Cool 8)](./images/smilies/icon_cool.gif)

Yeah, for grins I scanned it and posted it on my Members Area on my website. I had to take it out of the frame and backer to get it onto the scan bed, but it turned out pretty good.
