Bulkloader Issue.

Hi,

While loading thru oracle bulk loader I am getting following error.
Can you tell me how to fix this please?

Internal Error: Unable to initialize the Direct Path Context
ORA-00604: error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified

Talk to your DBA about "ORA-00054: resource busy and acquire with NOWAIT specified". The table is in use and so can't be bulk loaded.
