Attachments in dssmtpmail.exe

We use dssmtpmail.exe to send an email to a list of users and want to
attach a file.
Does anybody know how this works?

At the moment we use ther parameter -message follwoed by the file name.
In this case the content of the file is sent as email body.

We want the file to be attached in the body.

There are example routines supplied with DataStage that show how to do this. Take a look at them.

What exact version of DataStage are you using?

You could also look into blat as a replacement emailer, it's a pretty cool open source utility with much more functionality.
