Hi All,

I am working on DS 7.5.2. But recently I heard about the version 7.5.1A.
I am wondering whether 7.5.2 version is the latest one or the other (7.5.1A). :?:

Appreciate your comments.

Thanking you,
Girish.

You are welcome, Arnd. I've send you a list of usefull IBM-Links for DataStage-people. Udo Neumann did a good work with this list. He presented it on our last usergroup-Meeting in Cologne.

... whereas i am sitting about 20,000km from Udo. It's going to be a mad Friday - breakfast in Cairns, lunch in Sydney, dinner in Canberra!

I monitor an RSS feed of DataStage support notices and announcements and there has been nothing about DataStage 7.5.3 - not that it's a surprise. There are a few posts turning up on forums from people using 7.5.3. Is the DataStage links list a secret? There is a FAQ post on this site called "how do I get information about DataStage" that could be a good place to put them.

IBM is (or may be is got) such a complicated construct. All the jokes we tell about the burocratic world are true like cycling responsiblity: You phone to somebody, (s)he says "I am not in charge, phone Mr(s) B", "B" say the same about "C" and finaly "Z" refers back to "A" and all other jokes.

We, the german (german= german laguage, which is spoken in about half a douzen contries) DataStage Usergroup have our homepage, where we provide such kind of compiled informations: http://www.ddsug.org

Arnd say hello to Udo, maybe he likes also Whiskey and he might join us for a drink.
Ray my daughter is actualy in Brisbane (before she was in Sydney, Cairns and Alice Springs), say hello to her, when you meet her in a bar, she is on the "work and travel"-Programm and works mostly, when she work in Bar, she is lisenced to serve alcohol, and there are only a few bars "down under", which are allowed to.
