Hi vijaydev,

Im also configuring the same like installing ds v7.5.1a in AIX and configuring Db2 v8.2 to work with Ds.

I had read all the articles and the Ds install and upgrade guide..

If you had done the config, please tell me how to configure odbc in order to create DSN like for Db2 in AIX.. Which will be helpfull for us...

were you able to connect to DB2 as400 database using ODBC driver?

As far as DB2 is concerned, DataStage is just another client application. Therefore DB2 client software must be installed on the DataStage server machine and configured in the usual way (for example setting the DB2INSTANCE environment variable, performing the appropriate bind command (bind19 or bind20) and so on).
