I am facing following error in Exporting by category

Error calling subroutine: *DataStage*DSR_SELECT (Action=7); check DataStage is set up correctly in project cfd_dev0
(Subroutine failed to complete successfully (30107))

It's working fine with an individual component.

It's woking fine in another project for individual as well as category environment

Sounds like you need to REINDEX the Project. Search the forums for DS.REINDEX or DS.TOOLS and make sure you understand all of the caveats the posts list.
