How to see the LOG

I am getting the following messge while opening the director

failed to OPEN LOG_4484

How to see this log.

if you have read-write-rights for this file you can see it. If you collegue hasn't given you that you can not....

It's probably the same problem that prevented you from opening RT_LOG4483, about which you already have an active thread.

If you corrupted your job log, or by now have physically removed the file in attempts to fix it, the simplest solution is to export your job and reimport it again.
