We have 5 datastage jobs that can all run at the same time. If the 5 jobs do all run at the same time we want them to run on different cpu's (we want the operating system to decide which cpu they run on). This machine has enough cpu's to run each job on a different cpu. We want to know if using a Datastage Sequence will allow the 5 jobs to run on a different cpu, or whether the 5 jobs can only run on the cpu that the Sequence is running on. We can use autosys if the SE Sequence won't allow the jobs to be launched on other cpu's.

There's no such restriction on CPU usage for jobs run by a Sequence job. The O/S decides where everything goes, regardless.
