outer join -Job design

How to design a job for outer join..lets say one stream is oci and other refernce is a file and the target output shd be outer join or right outer join. thanks in advance.

Please refer to the Join Stage of the DataStage Job Developer's Guide. It explains the steps of creating outer join.

There is no Join stage in server jobs. A lookup in a Transformer stage naturally performs a left outer join. It can be proven that, by exchanging the left and right links, any right outer join can be constructed as a left outer join. This answer ignores issues of "performance", but so does the question.
